What Makes The Retreat Special

Many of us are living fast-paced, stressful lives, detached from community, ritual, and nature. Fueled increasingly by an online existence, with depression and anxiety on the rise.

Our modern lives are becoming disjointed and disconnected from the natural rhythms and cycles of nature as we spend more and more time behind screens.

Food

We’re all about a home away from home atmosphere, we focus on making delicious food that is homemade, healthy, locally sourced and full of flavour…

The Retreat puts emphasis on healthy foods. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mid-morning snacks and afternoon tea will be available too.

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be served.

Before and after dinner the boma fire awaits a pleasant time where the natural surroundings with all its scents, textures and tastes can be experienced.
